Are you giving your employee's an extra bank holiday this year?

In our contract, we only stated “20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays” therefore, this means that our employees are entitled to all of the bank holidays. For me this is fine, for our line of work - it won’t hurt to close our agency over this long weekend. But I wanted to hear about other companies and employers - are you giving your employees the extra bank holiday off? or are you keeping your 2022 bank holidays the same as 2021. We are, as it involves a nice national celebration and I think most employees could do with the extra day off. It’s a one-off, so why not!
