Our company has been working for years now to bring in a more diverse talent pool and we updated the job descriptions to sound more inclusive but the talent that applies hasn´t changed much. What platform do you use to publicise your openings? Do you have any other tips for us?
Hiya @BettyBrowsen I always write the job adverts saying “this person” and use they/them pronouns to avoid any gender exclusion. We also add that: “We’re an equal opportunity employer” at the end of the job advert. Let me know if this helps!
