Hello! Just curious, what´s the HR to employee ratio at your company?
It’s a one man job at my company of 20 employees which is A LOT of work. Im trying to push to get another employee in the department!
Yeah, same here. One woman show with 100 employees. I think she deserves an award. We are looking for someone to hire so that he/she can help her.
We are well organised. We have an HR team of 5 professionals who handle 100 employees. So I think we’re doing pretty good.
