Stress and burnout

Hello everyone! We have recently had a few of our employees leave due to burnout. What would you say are some of your tactics to reduce stress in the workplace?

You might want to talk to the managers at your company! If employees are consistently leaving your company there are obviously not happy with the circumstances! I would also speak to other employees, especially the ones that are still there to see what their feedback is, what would they change? This should give you a pretty good insight into what’s happening so you can intervene accordingly!

You need to find different ways to make work more fun or interesting. If the burnout causes your employees to leave, that means that you are doing something wrong. You need to conduct games, or offer some sport activities within the office, like a mini team-building every week. It will help your employees to relax and make them more productive when working.
