Hello! What are some of the best tools you found to reduce unconscious bias in the workplace?
Hi Jenny, my team have just adopted an ATS system and it’s working wonders in terms of reducing unconscious bias in the selection process. Also, we rely on live reporting to effectively measure diversity in order to address gaps within our organisation and create a more diverse workplace for all!
Also - we have been really paying attention to our job adverts and making sure we are only using Gender Neutral/Non-discriminitive language.
